Statement of the Company with the name “SIMANDRAKOS E. PAPAIORDANIDIS I. I.K.E.” on the Protection of Personal Data

Employees of Company with the name “SIMANDRAKOS E. PAPAIORDANIDIS I. I.K.E.” who are involved in the processing of personal data should be accordingly informed. Procedures for processing personal data of third parties by agreement should be set out in writing. Company with the name “SIMANDRAKOS E. PAPAIORDANIDIS I. I.K.E.” will ensure that the contracting third party processes personal data in an appropriate manner and that it is in compliance with the principles set out in this Statement. In the event that the third party is found to be unable to ensure a satisfactory level of security of personal data, Company with the name “SIMANDRAKOS E. PAPAIORDANIDIS I.
