Procedures for processing personal data of third parties by agreement should be set out in writing. Company with the name “SIMANDRAKOS E. PAPAIORDANIDIS I. I.K.E.” will ensure that the contracting third party processes personal data in an appropriate manner and that it is in compliance with the principles set out in this Statement.
